Re: Franz Clement Violin Concerto

Perhaps the full score of the D Major concerto is unobtainable here. It has apparently been published here: http://www.areditions.com/clement-violi ... -1805.html

Re: Greef, Arthur de - Piano Concerto 1&2

Presto Classical wouldn't always have the full information on a score. That's why it's so important to have the score available. I've often noticed that a label will only put the 'title' of a movement that has an actual tempo, i.e. 'Allegro' on a track listing, e.g. Mosonyi's Symphony No. 1, which h...

Re: Greef, Arthur de - Piano Concerto 1&2

Notenschreiber, the kind of tempo indication I'm talking about is Allegro, Vivace, Presto, Allegretto, etc.

Franz Clement Violin Concerto

I have noted that the violin concerto you have listed as the Violin Concerto in D Major (1805) is actually the D minor Concerto of 1810. Please correct this, and, while you're at it, try to get the D Major concerto. :D

Re: Greef, Arthur de - Piano Concerto 1&2

I'm still waiting. Is there a title tempo for the scherzo, or is it just called "scherzo"?

Re: Greef, Arthur de - Piano Concerto 1&2

Does anyone have any information on the tempo indication of the 2nd movement Scherzo in the 1st concerto?

Scharwenka Piano Concerto No. 3

I note that the year of composition of the concerto is given as 1889 and the year of publication as 1899. Rather a long gestation, no? The concerto was actually started and completed in 1898, not 1889. Probably just a typo. The composer worked on it, in part, on board the ship returning him to Germa...

Franchomme Cello Concerto

Regarding the Cello Concerto No. 1 by Auguste Franchomme:

The entry states that it is in 2 movements. However, perusal of the score reveals that it is in 3 movements.

They are:

I. Allegro
II. Andante sostenuto
III. Polacca: Allegro con brio

Please correct this.

Saint-Saëns Cello Concerto No. 2

I just noticed that the information on this work states it is in D Major. It is, in fact, in D minor. Please correct.
