There is a software that I own called SmartMusic. It's intended for beginners, but I myself can still find plenty to play with. While showing your part on the monitor, it plays a recording (typically a synthesized midi). It gives you cues and all. You can export files from Finale to SmartMusic, thus...

I think it's just like any other trill. In these trills, you'd go from B-flat to C. Is that what you're looking for?

I agree. I think it would be extremely helpful to many people, especially those who aren't as musically learned.
