A CPDL admin noticed that the page in subject includes a list of pieces that is probably obtained from a collection by Giacomo Vincenti having the same title. See the corresponding page on CPDL. I guess that some cleanup (and maybe a new page for Giacomo Vincenti's collection) is required.

Re: Score created from parts, what copyright should I use?
I'm not a lawyer, bla bla. Should I choose public domain when I upload the score? If you created a new typset, it is not public domain because you own the intellectual property rights on your typeset, which has to be considered as a new edition of the original work. You may therefore select one of t...
Re: URLs
Is this documented somewhere? I don't think so. I did some reverse engineering by inspecting URLs invoked by download links, and by inspecting the html code of pages where functions are used. I'd suggest you to have a look at: https://imslp.org/wiki/Special:SpecialPages Most (all?) pages listed und...
Re: URLs
And the URLs you supplied will persist unless a file's "edition" number changes? I have no control on this, however I think this is probably the most persistent key to reach a certain file. They are somehow forcing a lookup/redirection based on that edition number? Some sort of server-sid...
Re: URLs
The IMSLP architecture is such that traffic is distributed over several mirrors, therefore the same edition may be reachable at multiple URLs. Also, it is possible that page titles or file names slightly change from time to time, due to changes in title standardization, encoding of special character...

Re: EU Copyright Directive
I haven't been able to read the official text The original text as well as the amended text of Article 13 are now available here , page 56 to 59. This section seems especially interesting: As of [date of entry into force of this directive], the Commission and the Member States shall organise dialog...

Re: EU Copyright Directive
The directive does not actually exist yet. So far, the position of the EU parliament has been only approved. Article 13 has been substantially amended with respect to the initial proposal. I haven't been able to read the official text, however summaries provided by newspapers appear to exclude from ...
Re: Worldcat
It did the same with me few days ago, however without boring me very much, if I correctly remember. It didn't today.

Re: XVII Sonates da organo o cimbalo
Worldcat reports some copies in the US. Closer to your country, it seems that a copy is available at the Gaetano Donizetti library in Bergamo, although it is currently reported as "under consultation": https://www.biblioteche.regione.lombardia.it/vufind/OpacrlRecord/LO11407426/Biblio#tabna...

Re: Potiron, Op.58 (Rhené-Baton, Emmanuel)
It seems that there is a problem on the main IMSLP server. Anyway, a workaround exists for all scores that are stored on IMSLP regional servers: PML-CA IMSLP-ASIA IMSLP-EU PML-US All regional servers, including IMSLP-EU in your specific case, include very basic functions to search files based on the...

Re: First Publication of an orchestral work
I am not a lawyer, bla bla. In US “Publication is the distribution of copies or phonorecords of a work to the public by sale or other transfer of ownership, or by rental, lease, or lending. The offering to distribute copies or phonorecords to a group of persons for purposes of further distribution, ...

Re: Prokofiev legal threat
Please note that Prokofiev scores remain available on the regional servers operated by Project Leonardo Limited, i.e., the NZ company, not affiliated with Project Petrucci LLC, that provides services for particular regions where specific copyright rules apply. Project Leonardo Limited operates the f...
