Re: Where do I go to change my password?
On the Wiki in the upper right corner you should see a link for "My Preferences." On the User Profile tab under the top section (basic information) is a link to change your password. On the IMSLP Forums you should see a link in the upper left area for "User Control Panel." After ...

Re: How do I get to my Bio?
On the Wiki there are two places that composers generally place biographical information: the talk page of your category and/or your user page. Either of these pages can be linked to on your composer category page.

Re: Rating system issue?
See also this thread for a result similar to that of Eric's. I'm also running Firefox 21 but under Windows 7. I have, however, seen two of my submissions over the past week get a three star and a five star rating so it must still be possible for at least some users to leave some rating other than on...

Re: [FEAT]Scan quality of excellent scores is only 1
I just left five star ratings for two files (and they did deserve them). Both accepted the five star rating and I did receive the warning message only for the first file. Now I know in the past I've received the warning message so I wonder if the system remembers you for so much time (hours?, days?)...

Re: Zoomify
Hi Irishmaestro, I wish I could be of some help but the Mac o/s is too foreign to me. I've only used Dezoomify under Windows. As I recall I could only get it to work under Python 2.7. One issue I've run into a couple of times with Julliard's site is that of corrupt jpg tiles. If just one tile is cor...

Re: Unknown Death Dates
With no death date the system assumed the composer was still living and so displayed that boilerplate message at the top of the category. I've input a floruit date for the year of this death and that has removed the copyright message. I should think that any works by this composer with the obvious e...

Re: Liszt scores
Let me be the first to thank you very much for this generous offer. I would certainly be happy to offer my services to help upload any pdf scores to IMSLP.
Thanks,

[BUG] IMSLP confirmation email being blocked
The recent change on the wiki requires users to be verified in order to edit pages (and apparently upload files). The originating address of the confirmation email shows up as apache@localhost. Such an address is probably blocked by some/many ISPs and some ISPs do not provide their users with the ab...

Re: O Would I Were a Boy Again
Bingo! That has to be the issue. I noticed that Feldmahler initiated a policy that would have gone into effect around April 14th or 15th that requires users to be verified before they can make any page edits. I myself wasn't a verified user because every time I tried I would never get the confirmati...

Re: O Would I Were a Boy Again
I'm sort of at a loss here. I've now added files to the page as both normal scans and as typesets with no problem. During your upload process did it get as far as the signature page for the CC license? I cannot imagine that the PDF is the cause of the problem but just to eliminate that perhaps you c...

Re: O Would I Were a Boy Again
Odd error. I just uploaded a test pdf file to that page and it was added with no problem (I've since removed it) so it wouldn't seem to be a problem with the page. I would suggest you try uploading a different file to another work page to see if you get the same/similar error. You could also try usi...

Re: O Would I Were a Boy Again
It doesn't appear that the file got uploaded at all. The only suggestion I can make is to try uploading it through the work page again.

Re: Parry Overture to an Unwritten Tragedy
Chris, Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I've posted a new PDF that eliminates the duplicate pages and corrects the page order but I'm afraid it still lacks pages 38 and 42. I posted this before I realized how sloppy Hathi Trust can be with their quality control and compounded that with my o...

Re: Stephen Foster - Willie We Have Missed You
It looks like you've worked the issue out on your own. In the future you might want to put inquiries like this in the "Moderator Requests" forum. Items might tend to get overlooked here in "Other."

Re: pdf files uploaded and acknowledged but don't appear on
I see that your score is now available to download so it obviously went through this time. There shouldn't be any need to include underscores or long detailed file names. One of the more popular files on the wiki is simply named FS8.pdf (without the automated PMLP prefix). It's a full score of Schub...
