Re: Arthur Sullivan: The Grand Duke, in full score

In fact, the PDFs are not THAT big as it was outputted from Finale and not scanned. Roughly 6MB each file, give or take. However, if you were referring to the 'extract' I wanted to post, it was WELL under a MB.

After two year's effort, I have produced a full score of Sullivan's last opera (in collaboration with W.S. Gilbert) The Grand Duke. I'd like to publish it here but really struggle with the technical process involved in doing so. Can anyone offer me some advice? My score is huge, Act One 481 pages, A...

Re: Typesetting divis string parts in Finale 2012

Hi and thanks to all for your input. It is a matter of adding x number of staves, then grouping them, removing names. I'm wondering if this sort of process is any easier when using Sibelius?

Sorry, I was unable to add the little accents/hooks as I don't have a Czech font, strangely!

I would certainly volunteer to help with this, not fussed which composer or which works. I'm in Australia, might not be useful.

Would it be possible to upload the full score of this opera you have, if it meets the copyright concerns here?
