the UCLA library also has access to Vol 8 through 10. if anybody has access to the UCLA library he/she could upload them to the FTP server. I asked a friend of mine to borrow it there, but havent got an answer yet.

why worry about it? i don't think they copyrighted the font. and they problably can't get a trademark/copyright on the name of the piece.
everything but the logos should be considered trivial changes/edits, don't you think?

hi! no hurry! i don't have my hands on the CD'S (yet) so i couldn't work with it. i will get the cds some time next year i guess. i'm running windows, but i also have a kubuntu linux installed. the second link (image restoration) might work - i don't know for sure but their aproach with using masks ...
