F horns sound a 5th lower in treble clef, so horns written in D major will sound in G major. (Older horn tradition dispenses with key signatures.) Bassoons sound in G as written; Bb clarinets, written in A major, sound in G major.

It's the Serenade for Strings. The source file is correct, so someone indeed seems to have chosen the wrong page 7.

Actually, according to the comment in the General Description, Theo Bonheur was a pseudonym used by the real composer, Rawlings. Assorted web links give a colorful picture of the various pseudonym games played by Rawlings and other composers...

I'm not surprised about the confusion here, given the questionable layout of this item at the Sibley Library; I felt definite neck stress just trying to track the correct sequence of pages. Also (my opinion), the publisher should have given the "Finale" a variation number. And why is that ...

The list which you reference is a list of only those Czerny works which have been posted at IMSLP, and apparently Op. 500 hasn't made the grade.

Both of these items exist as digital downloads on the Sibley Library site, with copyright dates of 1921 and 1919.

I see that the composer's 3rd Orchestral Suite is Op. 79. However, the only music on that page seems to be a piano arrangement of the 3rd movement of that Op. 79 Suite. A little confusing, given the separate references to 79 and 3, but the information seems accurate.

And it should be noted that the Crusell piece has been on YouTube since 2011, with the name of the opera (described there as an operetta) included.
Other sites describe the larger work as a 3-act opera, and there is a recording of same in its entirety, also on YouTube (2013).
