I mean, Vaughan Williams Thomas-Tallis that was just submitted. I know the earliest Curwen edition doesn't fulfill peoples' needs. Although I have a more current set of parts laying around here somewhere where the engraving is new. And most-likely under copyright.. I will have to check that out...

Can someone answer this question.. Why on earth do people feel the need to create their own typeset set of parts and contribute to IMSLP when we already have the sets of parts up on most pages if not, pretty much all of every page that has a set of parts?? That is a great addition to IMSLP!! I will be getting Tchaikovsky's Iolanta in April. So I will be getting those up in May!!

Hi Sallen112 It looks like the parts are not available yet. I have tried to download them and I get an error telling me the are "This file has been queued for inclusion on the IMSLP-EU server, but unfortunately is not available yet. Please retry in 1 day" So I will check back then and see ...

Are these not eligible for upload at all?? I notice that on a lot of the Dvorak Edition scores where the Editors are the same people at least and these scores are available? I have the matching Barenreiter score and organ part for this I noticed that the Realization in the Score and Organ part is by the Editor, Alfred Durr.

I am just curious if these are admissible.!!

Of course. Most of which, physical parts I can physically obtain I will erase bowings etc.. But for parts, that are already in PDF format there is nothing really I can do, except edit them in photoshop, thus pushing back upload times etc.. But I will continue on, and try mostly to upload parts that ...

No, they are not copyrighted at all. They're old Kalmus reprints of Breitkopf Parts. And they are CLEAN parts too!! WAHOO!!!

Actually, The Mozart I have, does have bowings in them. But I would think it would be great to have both sets up. One for users where those Barenreiter parts are PD, and the other for where Barenreiter is not PD and vice-versa for the Kalmus parts.

I can try to get ahold of some Operas. I will ask around ad see what I cam get ahold of. The University i got these from had these sets only.

I have complete sets of parts that are from G. Schirmer. I will look at copyright information on these, I do not have the information with me at the office.. I may hold off on uploading them though.
