The pdf is the culprit. I was able to download it with a right mouse click, Save Link. But the pdf won't open.
Conversions with pdftk or pdf2ps give error messages. I believe the pdf has been truncated.

Even if we may upload this reprint, shouldn't we acknowledge Fuzeau's very nice facsimile job by adding a |Reprint=<City>: Fuzeau, <date> line after the Publisher info.: line?

Open a command prompt. Change the directory to where pdftk.exe and your score are. To remove the first page type pdftk thisscore.pdf cat 2-end output thenewscore.pdf

I think this is a Scanning and PDF Creation topic. Simple with pdftk if you want to remove the first copyright-claiming pages. http://www.pdflabs.com/tools/pdftk-the-pdf-toolkit/

More difficult, but possible if there is a copyright claim or a logo at the bottom of each page.

The reviewers' opinion about this capitalization vary when I add a new work. Could we please standardize it?

I obtained the error message again with IE, but it worked with Flock 1.2.7. This morning I sucessfully uploaded another piece with IE.

Before this I obtained also the error message when trying to upload another piece at this Catherine/Soir d'éte page. So the pdf is not the culprit

Does the jury of this audition really require an orchestral accompaniment? Wouldn't a piano do the job?

I found a modern edition thereof. Are you aware of an edition eligible for imslp upload?
