Captcha incorrect issues

I am trying to upload an arrangement (which will be public domain) but keep getting 'captcha incorrect' when I press 'submit'. I can't see a captcha, and don't know what to do next. I have filled in all the fields (the PDFs, details of arranger, instrumentation etc). I am using Microsoft Edge as a browser. Can anyone help please?

I tried to register a composer in IMSLP but met the incorrect captcha problem. I tried many times and changed many browsers and neither of them work. How can I solve this?
