Divide a large pdf?

MIght a large pdf of a score be more inviting for download if it were divided into 2 or more smaller pdfs? For example, Teisho by Vivian Fine, http://imslp.org/wiki/Teisho_(Fine,_Vivian).

Or is 23 MB (the size of the complete score) not considered that large?

23 MB really isn't that large. If something were around 40 or 50 MB you might want to think about splitting or using some compression tricks to make the file size smaller. I wouldn't bother with something that's 23 MB.

The OP *is* an heir of the composer, so she is fully within her rights to make any (re)typesetting calls. And 23MB is totally fine, provided, as Carolus suggested, it is using appropriate compression methods, which the file in question seems to employ.
