Giovanni Allevi transcripts

Hi, I've found on the internet some transcripts of Giovanni Allevi's piano music. These pieces haven't been published on sheet muisc yet, but the audio cd is avaiable. They are:

- Room 108
- Monolocale 7.30 AM
- Aria
- Japan
- Il Nuotatore

Could I upload them? Is there any copyght? Thanks in advice.

What are Giovanni Allevi's dates? What country was he from? What recording company released the Audio CD and when? We can't offer any opinion on this without more information.

I think he's still alive, so he's copyright in all countries.

This artist is still alive (http://www.giovanniallevi.com) and he is Italian.

The music i'm referring to is from the albums:

13 Dita (1997) - Recording company: Soleluna
Composizioni (2003). - Recording company: Soleluna

I wonder if even the music transcripted from the cd is protected by copyright. NB: The transcripts weren't written by the original author.

Unless the author has given permission for the scores to be uploaded, they are under copyright worldwide.

You would also need the permission from the person who transcribed the music as well.
