Kling 30 duets for two horns

I have the Kalmus reprint (K 04712). I wasn't able to determine the original publisher or dates in my searching. Would anyone know this info? Thanks!

If it's a Kalmus reprint, we can tag C/V/C for starters, since Kalmus has already made the determination about US status (they are hardly ever wrong about it, either.)
