I can't seem to find any dates for this person, but it appears he was a general editor and not just the transcriber, so I may stay away from uploading this score.

Johannes Wojciechowski seems to be living (at least in the last few years.) Last published works are 1989 or 1991.

There is a score already on IMSLP which he edited: http://imslp.org/wiki/2_Sonatas_(Cherubini,_Luigi). Though that doesn't mean the same urtext rule would apply to this score. I couldn't find any dates for him either in my past searching.

Johannes Wojciechowski 1912-2005
see: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johannes_Wojciechowski

so even if the clarinet part is public domain because of the "Urtext" provisions, his piano reduction is most likely protected until 2075.

Ah, that is bad news. But thanks a lot for your recherche anyway.
