Concerto grosso A minor for 2 violins and string orchestra

Post by Mazin »

I came across a digitized score of Vivaldi's Concerto grosso A minor for 2 violins and string orchestra op. 3, no. 8, with editing and foreword by one Dr. Alfred Einstein, in my school's music library. Edition Eulenburg, printed by Devoroux, no. 762. The date on the foreward is July 1932. Under copyright?

Einstein died in 1952 so it is free in Canada, though still under copyright in Europe and USA.
(unless Eulenberg failed to place a correct copyright notice or renew the copyright)

I see Kalmus has reprinted this edition. This means it's free in the USA as well.
