Were the musical compositions of Russian pianist Samuel Feinberg published during his lifetime (1890-1962)? And if so, by whom and when. Are they PD in the US?

It looks like most were published by the Russian government (Muzyka) or joint-issued with Universal Edition. From what I can tell, only a few are public domain in the US, and those look like about through opus 10.

Most work of Soviet composers who died after 1952 (and not a few who died before between 1946 and 1952) have been "restored" under GATT, so unless something was first published before 1923, it's unlikely to be free in the USA. Composers who died before 1953 might not be protected in the EU thanks to the EU's implementation of "Rule of the Shorter Term" for non-EU works. Those who died after 1952 are protected in the EU due to Russia's change of term length to 70 pma in 2003.
