Handel HWV 441 Allegro

Can I upload Handel HWV 441 Allegro (from Suite XIV/Suite in G Major)?

The version I have says copyright 1994 by AMEB. Published by Allans Publishing Pty Ltd (from Australia). It's part of an AMEB series 13 syllabus.

On the copyright page (http://imslp.org/wiki/IMSLP:Copyright_Made_Simple), it makes no mention of Australia, so that's why I'm asking here first. The piece is by Handel, so it is pretty old, but I guess there may be some editorial elements to the version I have; Clemens Leske is the editor.

Mr. Leske is still alive, so this recent edition plus any editorial additions are most certainly protected. Also have a look at this page: http://imslp.org/wiki/Public_domain#Copyright_Laws_by_Country_or_Territory
