Can anyone find out more information on Pierre Mellarde?
Based on Worldcat he wrote half a dozen pieces of music published by Weekes & Co in London between 1907 and 1910.
There is no one in the 1901 and 1911 census with that surname, which might suggest it is pseudonym. Sounds French, but seems unlikely given the song title "Ye Mariners of England" - even soon after the Entente cordiale.
I have one of the Deux Morceaux - published 1907. If I uploaded it with no further information would you have to block it?

I can't find any information at all about him, but if his latest floruit date is 1910 then it's probably fine to upload, it'll most likely be tagged C/V/C.
