Schoenberg, Ein Stelldichein

Post by steltz »

Is there a PD edition of this? I am aware that it was unfinished, and there is a UE/Belmont edition with a copyright date of 1974, but no editor listed. It doesn't seem to be finished, so I don't think an editor has added anything.

Does anyone know enough about this piece to help? Thanks.

I can only find an edition of UE from 1980/81. Here are augmentations by Friedrich Cerha, an austrian composer who is still alive.

Problem is that the piece has been left unfinished by Schoenberg, and the completion/reconstruction by Cerha (first performed in 1966) is not PD.
The UE edition includes the addictions by Cerha, I think.
