Yes, this album would be public domain probably everywhere, but certainly in the US. Do note that each piece needs to be uploaded to the separate, appropriate work page. For example, the overture to William Tell needs to be uploaded to that work page; the overture to La gazza ladra to its separate page, etc. We have a number of overtures transcribed for piano uploaded to each of these operas, so you might want to compare them to what you have in that album as they could have been uploaded from separate publications.
