Haydn Cello conc C major Kalmus

Hi, what is the status of the Kalmus Haydn Cello concerto cat A8005 "Edited by" Karel Šolc (1893-1985) and Oldřich Pulkert (b.1929). No copyright notice, no date. The print seems to be an old edition reprint, possibly with bracketed expressive markings, but no preface to say what the editors actually did. This library already has the Pulkert + Solc piano reduction. Can upload score and parts if it is free. No cello solo.
