Bad upload

I attempted to upload Act 2 of the Gilbert & Sullivan operetta "Ruddigore" but was rebuffed by the system. I have a smaller, easier to handle version of the file I initially tried to upload whenever the old one is purged. Thanks.

Hi Carolus! How large was the file? The hosting is pretty bad right now, so it is very likely that uploads will time out. Unless the file is larger than 100MB (in which case it's over the max file size), it should be allowed on the wiki if the upload completes successfully.

Also, if the upload breaks and you don't see the file in Recent Changes, don't worry about the broken upload; most of the time the system cleans it up itself, and even if it doesn't it won't interfere with another upload of the same file... it'll just take up space until I delete it. In your case the system actually cleaned it up itself, so you can just upload again
