Add Composer from existing Arranger

Emile Tavan exists as Arranger only. How do I add him as Composer?

It appears that he already has a category page:
Category:Tavan, Emile. Since the only page under his category is an arrangement he won't show up under the list of composers but will show up under the
"all people" category.

So I was asking the wrong question. Presumably as soon as I upload a composition rather than an arrangement he will appear on the Composer pages.
