HELP Loaded the music sideways

I downloaded Saint-Saens' Suite algerienne, Op 60, for two pianos, four hands. The music and cover appear sideways - should be upright.

It is because the pages for this particular file are not oriented right, the pages would have to be reoriented in a PDF editor and reuploaded. If you printed the pages out, they would be fine as is.

Sorry to repeat myself:
These scores are sort of protected against pdftk's rotate option. If there is some interest I can convert them to jpg pages, rotate each page and re-concatenate them. Is there a preference for monochrome? Margin reduction? Re-sample?

Acrobat Pro was able to rotate the pages so I've posted a rotated version of the existing color PDFs.
