I have an autograph manuscript found in a stack of autograph manuscripts by Gaetano Amadeo (1824-1893). Other manuscripts in the stack have his name clearly written, but not that one. The handwriting and the musical style look authentic.

What is the degree of certainty required to add this scan to the Gaetano Amadeo page?

I would go ahead and add as the composer's autograph. If someone want's contest the attribution they can always post here.
