Problems with the French translation of the "General Information" headings

Post by felixblumenfeld »

Several entries in the French equivalent of "General Information" (Informations générales) about a given work at the bottom of a page are in need of revision or translation. Here are a few examples:

Nombre d'opus/de catalogue --> Numéro d'opus/de catalogue
An/date de composition --> Année/date de composition
First Performance --> Première exécution
An de la première publication --> Année de première publication
Composer Time Period --> Période d'activité du compositeur

There may be other headings that need to be fixed. Only an examination of the full Template would make it possible to determine if there are other problems.

Furthermore, the entries at the top of the screen (Navigation, Scores, Recordings, contribuer, autre) and the subentries are an amazing mixture of English and French.

I think these are the pages with the French translations. They do seem to be incomplete, if you compare them with their parent pages.

person
imslppage
imslpfile
imslpfileentry
imslpaudio
imslpaudioentry

And others.

Page "imlsppage" contains said headings, but I do not see any way to edit the entries Under "Interface Messages (Default)". Is editing reserved to administrators?
