"Unknown tag" for as yet untagged pages

This afternoon I started getting some, but not all, untagged pages coming up with "Unknown tag".

One such, which I have left untagged because otherwise no one will see the discrepancy, is this one:

Once tagged, of course, the unknown/untagged goes away, but why would an untagged page generate this? And only some, not all?

It's a bug caused by an modification Feldmahler made last week. He fixed it yesterday, but the cache will take a while to clear before everything's back to normal.
