rags

Post by steltz »

Our category for rags specifies keyboard, but although it started out as a keyboard genre, it did eventually spread to other instruments. Do we really need to restrict it to keyboard? (Just tagged Bernardez' Ragtime as a rag, but then saw the "definition".) It seems to me the type of rhythm is more important than the instrument?

Agreed, and I've altered the definition to "usually for keyboard".
