In a work page creation like in viewtopic.php?f=37&t=8135 the imslp server calls "article" an item we call "work page" in our forums, e.g. http://imslp.org/wiki/My_Robin_is_to_th ... er,_Percy) Shouldn't the names be standardized, to make this server message easier to understand?

I always call the "work pages". I think the "article" term is kind of a holdover from wikipedia

But well, I concede there is no "work" in a page like http://imslp.org/wiki/IMSLP:Typesetting_Guidelines. Some automated rule must prevent us to create another page with the same title. :-)

That would be an example of an "article" - so the wikimedia designation still holds. This would also be the case for publisher pages, series pages and the like. Work-pages might be best thought of as a special type of article.
