Now you see them now you don't

Lately when I add scores or an audio files to a composition all or some of the score or audio files, respectively, that were previously on the page disappear. Then the next day they are back. Is this a bug?

Sometimes when this has happened I've tried to reload the disappeared files and gotten the message that they were already uploaded.

Today, with my mp3 additions to After the Tradition and Canticles for Jerusalem, both Vivian Fine comps, I didn't do that. So hopefully the other audio files for these comps, which have disappeared, will reappear soon on their own.

Indeed they all reappear! Special thanks to Carolus for sorting out the typesetter credits for Songs and Arias.

What is happening is that you aren't adding the new items under the correct tab, a list of which now appears in the add scores window as a pull-down menu. The new recordings (which are really nice, BTW) were simply added under a default "General" tab, when there was already a "Recordings" tab on the page (where the earlier additions reside). I merged everything under the "Recordings" tab.

Ahh, I see, thanks. From now on I'll add mp3 files under the recordings tab.
