ravel, daphnis and chloe suite 2 orchestral parts

Post by steltz »

I know that IMSLP had orchestral parts to this at one point, because I have a downloaded part with an IMSLP number on it. However, one of our flute players now needs the flute part, and the parts are no longer on the page. I don't see anything on the history page where parts were removed, either. The clarinet file had the number IMSLP46678-PMLP80636.

Found it: http://imslp.org/index.php?title=File:P ... &redlink=1
Deleted last April as a copyright violation. It turned out, I gather, that instead of the 1913 Durand edition, it was actually a performing edition by Clinton F. Nieweg (b.1937) which had its publisher information illegally stripped out by OMCDRL. The files were removed from the page in this diff.

Yes, there's actually been a threat of a lawsuit (against CD-SheetMusic) over that particular boneheaded thing. I think they've stopped selling it now.
