Discussion forums and renames.

Is it meant to be a
(1) Bug
or a
(2) Feature!!
that when one moves, e.g., Category:Pogojeff, Wladimir to
Category:Pogozhev, Vladimir (again, for example)
that a discussion topic in the forums page for the former category does -not- get migrated over to the discussions fora of the latter? This used to be the case, or at least, one had the option of moving both together at once, but it does not happen now.
(I admit that in this case and some others, that's my discussion topic and contents that got lost and has to be manually migrated- if I notice it happening at all; so sometimes the annoyance is personal, and maybe that means I don't have a good point, either, but that is for the reader to decide, not for me. Over to you, CB.)
