I has found information dated on april 2010 :

This page/composer is listed incorrectly under his First name. It should be renamed or moved to "Khachaturian". I don't believe that I can correct it myself.

Is he now in library or not because I can not find him? do you know something about that?

It looks like that's the residue of a page someone created for him, which was later deleted. It was deleted because Khachaturian died on 1978, so his works will remain in copyright until at least 2027, and cannot be added to IMSLP. Sorry.

And sadly, the earliest work by him was published in In 1925, so nothing can be uploading on the US server either.
