China server redirect bug

In China, when I try to access IMSLP on Safari, it redirects to cn.imslp.org, which then redirects back to imslp.org, which after that redirects to cn.imslp.org, and so on, creating a never-ending cycle. Eventually, Safari shows an error message “too many redirects”, making it impossible to access IMSLP in China. Is this due to China’s internet censorship, or is it unrelated? If the latter, is it possible to fix this?
