I don't agree:
Both early 19th century editions (Impr. chimique 1807, Haslinger 1811 - this may be a reprint from the same plates...) have the title "Concertino", as is the entry in the Padrta-catalog.
The only sources using "Sinfonia concertante" are a couple of modern recordings.
The english wikipedia page curiously has "sinfonia concertante" in the listing by opus number, and "concertino" with the Padrta catalog number among the solo and concertante works.
This should therefore stay as "Concertino", but "Sinfonia concertante" could be entered as an alternate title, together with info about the recordings.
