Cannot add new files to Tartini page

The Tartini 26 violin Sonatas page does not allow any other files - arrangements, editions, etc - to be uploaded. I have viol arrangements of selected pieces to upload.

The specific error message is when trying to upload a file of an arrangement is: "This page has been protected to prevent editing." Can someone please unlock this? There is no reason for it to be locked.
