I moved it to E partirai, mia vita, HWV 111, just in case it was the question mark - which seems to create problems sometimes, but not others.

This is a bug, and the problem is indeed the question mark. It will be fixed soon; in the meanwhile, you can simply manually paste the full page name into the "Work Page" entry of the addfile form.
