Telemann Oboe Concerto

Hello,
I just looked at the oboe concerto TWV 51:c1 (http://imslp.org/wiki/Oboe_Concerto%2C_ ... g_Philipp)). However, after looking at the scores, it seems to me that these are the scores of the other oboe concerto TWV 51:c2, by comparing the themes with those on Siegfried Kross: "Das Instrumentalkonzert bei Georg Philipp Telemann" Tutzing, Verlegt bei Hans Schneider, 1969 . Could it be possible to correct it not only in the name of the page, but also in one of the actual scores (http://ks.petruccimusiclibrary.org/file ... WV51c1.pdf) ? Alternatively, how could I contact the editor that uploaded it (Oboenils)? Attached is the source.
