Internal error while uploading files

Unable to upload files on the work page - the following message appears: "Fatal: Internal error - copyright history for id 611536 not found."

Somehow the files didn't get added to the copyright queue nor did they get registered as being associated with that work page. I have deleted them and removed their entries from that page. Try to upload them again.

Looks I've got a similar problem while uploading files on this page with the message:

Fatal: Internal error - copyright history for id 655564 not found.

As with mostro111's issue the files you uploaded were orphans - not registered in the copyright queue and not linked on the page. I have deleted them and removed the linking text on that page. Please try uploading them again.

Probably the problem happened, because while adding the files initially I was thinking too long about the parts names. However after the initial upload I didn't notice (or didn't pay any attention) to the message on internal error and tried to upload the same files again from the scratch. But, as a result, I found the message was displayed twice on the page. (I provide this description, since it can help to analyze what might go wrong during an uploading process.)

btw, 5 more files ..phalese musica divina 1583*.pdf were orphans and have been removed as well. HP
