Beethoven 3 Transcription Upload

I was trying to upload Liszt's early transcription of Funeral March of the Beethoven Symphony 3, only to be notified that the page has been prevented from making any changes. How do I upload it then?

I've changed the protection on the page for Beethoven's Symphony No.3 so you should be able to upload the transcription now.
