How to Edit a pdf file to reduce font size? I've downloaded a pdf file which contains lot of pages written in quite large fonts. I need to take print outs of these pages. Is it possible to reduce the font size in a pdf file so that i can reduce the no of pages? If yes then how?

Are you with Adobe Reader? Try File > Save as text. This will create a .txt file. Quit Adobe Reader. Open it with notepad. Perhaps the page layout will be ugly, and there will be no images, graphics, colours etc.

Are you familiar with Microsoft Office Word or LaTeX? Then you will be able to provide a document with another font and convert it back to pdf.

The acrobat editor is a bit exspensive. There are some other softwares you can use to edit pdf's, nitro pdf is one.
If you do a google search on "edit pdf" you should find a few different options.
