Nanki Music Library blocking: bug or feature?

This Japanese library http://note.dmc.keio.ac.jp/music-library/nanki/
gave access to quite a few scores until I added up this URL into http://imslp.org/wiki/IMSLP:Other_music_score_websites.

But five minutes after I did it each score seems to be blocked! Do you still have access to the scores from other countries? Is this blocking an unfortunate coincidence with my "other websites" page editing?

NB I couldn't seem to find the right IMSLP Forum for this question

On their main page, there is a notice from 5 Jan 2011:

"From late December to January 5th, this website was unavailable, because the web server was down. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Now the server is up again."

It's pretty much a year later now, so possibly they are doing some annual maintenance -- I couldn't download anything either.

I think this is a "wait until Jan and see" thing.
