Why can't Sibelius and XSI be bargained together?

Sorry, I just didn't know where else to rant this about...I mean no one at CGTalk would understand, though neither would the music forums like ours, but what would be wrong with getting a discount for Sibelius if you were already using XSI, and vice-versa? Avid's the only company I know of that offers both sides, and I'm certain I'm not the only aspiring one-man production house out there...
