Germaine Tailleferre Le Marchand d'Oiseaux

Wise Classical currently holds the rights to Tailleferre's Le Le Marchand d'Oiseaux. The piece premiered in 1923, but I am not aware of the first published date. If the published date preceded 1929, it would fall under public domain in the United States.
Does anyone know when it was published?
If it was prior to 1929, is there a US server for IMSLP that an edition of this work could be placed?

If it was first published after 1927, its probably under copyright in the USA. Before 1928, it would be in the Public domain.

It was published in 1923... it's PD-US. I even have a copy of the 4-hand piano score (copyright 1923).
