Arrangements

Post by Carolus »

I noticed that someone posted a guitar arrangement by Jean-François Delcamp of the Albeniz: Asturias from the Suite Espanola, Op. 47. This appears to be a recent arragement that would of course come under copyright protection. The uploader was not the arranger so I think we should remove this absent permission in writing from the copyright owner.

Hi Carolus! Can you link me to the file? I see the one submitted by Karin, but I don't think that's it (since its not an arrangement).

Hi. There link is:

I've no idea of how many other items of this description might be lurking. Arrangements have the same copyright status as original works in most countries, in contrast to editions.
