Scelsi public domain?

Does anyone know if anything by Scelsi is public domain now. Specifically I'm wondering about his piece for guitar called Ko Tha.

Unless Ko Tha was published before 1923, it won't be in the public domain, unfortunately (Scelsi died in 1988).
