Hudebni Matice publications

Greetings! I recently uploaded an edition of Čisté jitro, Op.107 by J. B. Foerster, published 1943 by Hudebni matice:

I had read on the following two IMSLP pages that all Hudebni Matice publications (through 1951, plate numbers with prefixes HMUB and HM) had been released into the public domain:

However, my upload was tagged as Non-PD EU and Non-PD US. Can someone clarify whether this is correct? I am still learning about copyright law and would appreciate your help.

Foerster is protetected in the EU for 70 years after his death, that means until the end of 2021.
