What's the matter with this file?I think it's PD in Usa.(Publishen in 1912)
Or is it a bug?Here the page:

The editor, Lionel Tertis, died only in 1975. Since it is not an urtext edition, it is still under copyright in Canada.

I know ,but the file is deleted, and should not it be avaible for USA download (published in 1912) ?
