[FEAT/BUG] New sorting of non-alpabetic characters

I have just noticed that in categories/etc., whereas the sort function used to skip numbers and sort by the first letter included (unless it needed to exclude it for other purposes), it now actually sorts the number as if it were the first letter. An illustration:
Before:
P
Piano Sonata, Op.15
10 Pieces, Op.79
Now:
1
10 Pieces, Op.79
12 Mazurkas, Op.22
P
Piano Sonata, Op.15
Could someone with the ability to fix this please do so if possible/practical? IMO, it was way more useful before.
