[BUG] Sorting broken with accented characters

I've just uploaded Tarrega and I've seen that is at the end of T .
I don't know if is better to write it without accent on a or with the right accent on it (that I can't find in my keyboard! ), in any case don't you think that ,to find it easyer , it should be between Tartini and Tausig?

This is a problem that I've tried fixing before... unfortunately I have not yet found a working fix for it :/ I'll move this thread to the bug forum so that I won't forget about it

I've just seen the same problem about De Boeck that is under B letter and De Bèriot....(I think they should be both under D letter)
